Lesley Chacon, Senior Financial Analyst, provides financial strategic grant management support at PolicyLink partnering with the director of financial planning and analysis in budgeting, forecasting, and grant management. Lesley began her career in the financial grant reporting field for a Chicago-based social service nonprofit, La Casa Norte. She has managed city, state, and federal grants and has substantial experience tracking and reporting usage of restricted funds. After a few years, Lesley transitioned over to Arabella Advisors as a senior financial analyst working with several nonprofit organizations ranging in size and industry in their grant management and financial needs for private foundations. Lesley graduated from Dominican University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Accounting. Lesley loves spending time with her family, enjoying every special moment that life has to offer.
